Classic Black and White Prints: 
7” x 10” image on 9” x 12” card-stock paper 
9” x 12” image on 11″ x 14” card-stock paper 
Color Prints:
9” x 12” image on 11″ x 14” card-stock paper



SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


We use United States Postal Service Standard and Priority Shipping for your print which ships out from Christina's California studio within 1 to 3 business days after order is placed, and usually arrives within 7 to 10 business days.


The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. However, if your art print is damaged during shipping within the continental United States, we will replace it for free within 3 weeks. (Please see details below in "All Sales Are Final")



INTERNATIONAL


We use United States Postal Service International First Class Ground  Shipping for your print which ships out from Christina's California studio within 1 to 3 business days after order is placed. You will receive your order within 7-10 business days. For the International shipping rate, you can use the shopping cart at checkout to get an estimate of what it will cost to ship your item from California.  Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.


Souls Enlightenment is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 



SALES TAX


We are a legally registered business in California and are required by state laws to impose the applicable state sales tax rate on all orders shipped to locations in the state of California.



ALL SALES ARE FINAL


Please inspect your prints upon arrival. We do not offer refunds or accept returns, but if the item is damaged during shipping within the Continental United States, we will exchange it for the same item within 3 weeks of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us at services@soulsenlightenment.com to alert us of the damage. After receiving our approval to return the damaged print, send it within 3 weeks of the date in which you purchased it, to: Souls Enlightenment, 793 S Tracy Blvd #136, Tracy, CA 95376. Make sure you save the shipping box to reuse when sending the item back to us. Upon receipt of the damaged print, we will ship out a replacement to you.

We use Ground Shipping via FedEx for your canvas which ships out from our production facility within 3 to 4 business days after order is placed, to any location in the Continental U.S. SORRY, NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FOR CANVASES. You will receive your order within 5-7 business days with Ground Shipping. ​ 


FedEx Ground Transit Time:
East Coast:     3-5 days
Midwest         2-4 days
West Coast    1-3 days   

We will provide you with tracking information for you to track your canvas order. After it has been shipped or scheduled for pickup, we will email you the tracking number.

Use a damp cloth to wipe off dust. Do not store canvas outdoors in direct sunlight.
